Arielle Harry-Bess serves as Counsel MLIC. In this capacity, she handles transactional, regulatory, and litigation matters. Ms. Harry-Bess is a Board Member on the University of Maryland School of Law Alumni Association and the Monumental City Bar Foundation. She is a past President of the Alliance of Black Women Attorneys, a 2006 Maryland State Bar Association Leadership Academy Fellow and a 2008 Maryland Bar Foundation Fellow.
