    Alumni Board Member Friedman '97 Appointed to Baltimore City District Court
    Judge Karen C. Friedman '97 was appointed by Governor Martin O'Malley to the Baltimore City District Court of Maryland. According to the Baltimore Jewish Times, Judge Friedman "will also be making history as the area’s first appointed judge from the Orthodox community to the District Court."
